Asher Rabinowitz, Partner

Born Haifa, Israel, 1945; admitted to practice law in Israel (1973).

Asher Rabinowitz has been practicing law for more than thirty years, is one of the senior partners of the firm and a member of the firm’s management committee. Asher has extensive experience in corporate law, cross border investments, securities law, and international agreements and is a pioneer in the area of securitization, including the first offering of mortgage backed securities in Israel.
