David Malkoff, Partner

Born Jerusalem, Israel, 1947; admitted, 1973, Israel. David is married with two children.

David has been with the firm for more than 37 years, is one of the senior partners of the firm and a member of the firm’s management committee. David’s practice expertise is split between maritime law and real estate development. David is Israel’s leading and most experienced lawyer in the areas of maritime competition law and in conference, corporate joint venture and consortia agreements as well as charter-party and charter-party disputes on behalf vessel interests. David has also long experience in shipbuilding, vessel financing and vessel sale and purchase agreement, both for Israeli and foreign clients. David has been involved in many of Israel’s largest real estate transactions in the recent years, and has extensive experience representing both developers and major contractors in all aspects of the development process.
