Itamar Anaby, Partner

Born Haifa, Israel, 1956; admitted to practice law in Israel (1983). Itamar is married with four children.

Itamar has been practicing law for more than 20 years and has a wide range of experience in business and corporate law, with unique experience in agency and distribution relationship and the termination thereof.

Itamar has vast experience in dispute management (including pre-litigation) and has been successfully representing clients in various forums, including the Israeli Supreme Court.

Itamar has been representing leading corporations in Israel as well as non-Israeli banks and companies.

Itamar’s main practice areas are:

  • Agency and distribution;
  • Commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation;
  • General corporate counseling;
  • Joint ventures and private equity investments;
  • Private equity financing;
  • Banking, secured transactions and creditors rights;
  • Bankruptcy, insolvency and workouts;
  • Mergers and acquisitions.

Other Legal Experience: Itamar was an associate at White & Case’s New York office (1986-1987), a partner at Barzel & Co. and at Rabinowitz, Mehulal and Anaby & Co. Itamar has taught business law at the MBA program at the Faculty of Management and Industry of Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa.
