Born Tel Aviv, Israel, 1973; admitted, 2002, Israel. Ido is married with two children.
Ido’s main practice focuses on Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, Technology and Venture Capital. Ido represents international and domestic corporations in a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances, technology licensing and distribution, IT outsourcing agreements and technology development agreements. Ido represents academic technology transfer companies and online marketing and advertising as well as providing ongoing corporate legal advice and comprehensive legal support to emerging technology companies.
