Born Haifa, Israel, 1973; admitted to practice law in Israel (1999).  Ifat is married with two children.  Has been with the firm for more than six years, and has experience in corporate and commercial law, general corporate services, margers and acquisitions and tax related counseling and litigation.

Ifat’s main experience includes:
