Michael Safran, Partner
Partner, born in Haifa, Israel, 1969; admitted to practice law in Israel (1995). Michael is married with three children and is a second generation partner in the firm. Michael is an experienced litigator with particular expertise in maritime litigation of all kinds and personal injury (claims and defense) for both domestic and international clients. As part of his maritime practice Michael represention of P&I clubs, ship owners and charteres in connection with both cargo and personal injury claims.
Michael is also handling transactions of sale and purchase of vessels and financing of same.
He also has expertise in commercial real estate with a particular expertise in the development and the management of malls and shopping centers in Israel.

- Sale and purchase of vessels, finance agreements, newbuilding construction transactions
