Labor Law and Employee Benefits
Our labor lawyers play an active role in all forms of labor related issues, ranging from advising and representing employers in collective bargaining agreements to labor-related litigation in the Labor Courts. We also advise our clients in the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, compensation schemes, stock option plans and other forms of compensation and pension arrangements, in close coordination with our tax group.
