Real Estate and Infrastructure Development
Comprehensive Practical Advice from Inception to Delivery
Real estate has been an integral part of the firm’s practice since its inception. As we represent some of the country’s largest developers, contractors, investors, financial institutions and landowners, we have the unique skills required to offer highly professional and seasoned advice in all aspects of the development process. Our real estate group focuses upon sophisticated high value added transactions within the land development sphere, from zoning and planning to the handing over of possession.
We advise our clients in regard to major projects in Israel and internationally and are versed in cross border financing, development and acquisition. From our various offices, our real estate group works closely with our tax and corporate groups to provide an integrated service to our clients.
We advise consortia on their infrastructure development projects (including BOT, PFI and turnkey projects), the structuring of joint ventures, participation in the tender process, project finance and implementation.
