Tal Enat-Ben Arieh, Partner

Born New York, U.S.A., 1963; admitted to practice law in Israel (1988). Tal is married with two children.

Tal has been with the firm for more than twenty years, representing clients from various sectors, including high technology companies, retailer companies, financial entities, shipping companies and industrial factories.

Tal’s expertise is focused upon labour law, both collective and personal. As part of her practice Tal renders prompt consultancy services concerning employer/employee relationships, including, inter alia, preparation of employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements and pension arrangements as well as representation of the various companies in court. Tal’s expertise in labour law litigation extends from personal claims to collective disputes, strikes and emergency situations.

Tal’s practice encompasses the following areas:

  • Software and technology licensing, development, source code and escrow agreements
