Mor Yogev

Mor has extensive experience in the field of labor law, and participates in accompanying and managing complex legal proceedings and representation in labor courts – both district and national, including collective disputes with wide-ranging implications, while influencing and shaping labor force policies. Mor also provides ongoing legal advice to major entities in the Israeli economy, in the areas of labor relations and collective labor law, legal opinions and assistance in formulating action strategies.

Mor previously served as a legal assistant and mediator in the Labor Court. In this capacity, she dealt with complex issues in the fields of labor law and social security, and conducted many mediation proceedings on behalf of the tribunal. She then went on to work at a leading law firm.

Mor has also served as a member of the “Hearat Din” editorial board – a legal journal of the Faculty of Law in the University of Haifa. There, Mor published several articles that were cited in various sources, including Supreme Court rulings, and are used as course material in  a number of law faculties.

Mor started her professional career as a legal intern in our firm, and rejoined as a lawyer our Labor Law department.
