Born in Ra’anana, Israel; admitted to practice law in Israel (2009).
Assaf interned at the State Attorney’s Immoveable Property Law Enforcement Department and after admitted to the bar worked in a leading firm in real-estate and infrastructure development.

Assaf acquired much experience in representing entrepreneurs, individuals and groups and also local authorities in front of the different planning institutions in both licensing and planning procedures, representation in front of the administrative matters court, representation in betterment tax and compensations claims and legal services to entrepreneurs and home owners in urban renewal projects – Tama 38 and redevelopment.
Education: Inter Disciplinary Center IDC Hertzliya (LL.B and B.A in Government), graduate of the “Argov Fellows Program for Leadership and Diplomacy” – IDC’s Lauder School of Government program for excellent students.
