Gil’s work is focused upon civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Gil specialize in administrative and tenders law and has handled a wide range of civil and administrative matters from preliminary negotiations to claims and judicial review to the Israeli courts, administrative courts and Israeli Supreme Court.

Gil represents clients from a broad variety of sectors and has particular expertise in the areas of infrastructure, energy, security and defense. He provides on-going counsel to public, private and government owned companies advising them on regulatory matters, representing them on tender and commercial disputes, and defending them against allegations of regulatory violations and claims.

Gil serves as an arbitrator at the Israeli Bar Arbitration Institute.

Gil has argued many cases, including:

  • Representing one of the world’s largest train manufacturers in judicial review proceedings.
  • Representing some of Israel’s leading security companies in commercial and administrative disputes.
  • Representing one of the shareholders in a chain of companies in a shareholders dispute.
  • Representing a leading transportation group in various petitions to Israeli administrative courts and Supreme Court.

Gil have gained vast experience in preparing and representing private and administrative bodies, local and international, in the field of public procurement.
