Ifat is an expert on corporate law and commercial law, consulting and representing high-tech companies, and M&A and tax expertise.

Ifat’s professional practice focuses on providing general counsel to companies, including legal services regarding the customers’ ongoing operational and business activities. Ifat provides legal council and support to corporations engaged in various fields, and accompanies her clients in financial transactions through private equity, acquisition of shares, acquisition of assets and activities, business splitting and reorganization of activities, providing advice from the stage of choosing the optimal transaction structure, and the successful conclusion of the transaction.

In addition, Ifat offers legal services regarding local and international tax matters and gives expert legal advice to Israeli and foreign companies and individuals, working both in and out of Israel. Her clientele includes private companies from all industry fields and services, including public corporations, municipal authorities, municipal corporations and government companies. She also advises on employee compensation and management incentives and benefits.

Ifat’s vast knowledge and experience in the field of tax law allows her to accompany and consult local and cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions at the highest level, incorporating all aspects of taxation relevant to the transaction.

Ifat consults on conflict resolution between shareholders, combining her expertise in the fields of corporate law and taxation, promoting the interests of her clients, choosing the right strategy and bringing the conflict to an optimal solution.

Ifat lectures on corporate governance in director training courses, as well as the establishment of start-up companies at the Technion, Israel’s institute of technology.
