Itamar has been a senior partner in our firm for many years. With over 30 years of professional experience, his clients enjoy his wealth of knowledge on commercial matters, including representation in varied commercial transactions and related disputes.

He was described by leading international directories as “one of the best legal minds in Israel, which he couples with modesty. He is extremely smart and incredibly personable“ (according to Chambers Global), while Legal 500 praised his “knowledge of consumer class actions, sound judgment and great interpersonal skills.”

Among his clients are some of Israel’s largest companies, and he also represents foreign corporations in transactional and commercial disputes.

Itamar is a sought after arbitrator, including in international arbitrations.

Itamar also has a unique expertise in distribution, commercial agency and franchising agreements and the related litigation and has subsequently played key roles in various forums examining and formulating legislative initiatives in these fields. He was chosen as “County Expert” for Israel in distribution and commercial agency by the International Distribution Institute (IDI).

Widely viewed as a leader in matters relating to higher education, he has represented leading universities in Israel in precedent-setting cases.

Itamar has worked in the past as a lawyer at White & Case in New York. He taught commercial law to business administration (MBA) students at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion and led professional courses for lawyers organized by the Institute of Advanced Studies of the Israel Bar. He is often invited as a speaker and chairman to professional conferences.

Between 2015-2018 Itamar served as Deputy Head of the Israel Bar International Forums Committee.
