Lily Doron

Lily is a partner in our firm and the head of our litigation department.

Lily specializes in commercial litigation, class actions, derivative claims and administrative petitions. This includes many appearances in all Israeli courts, and in arbitrations and mediation (including as a mediator), for over three decades.

Lily’s vast experience allows her to provide her clients with the best possible conflict resolution options, while aiming to minimize and even eliminate any need to appeal to the courts.

Within this capacity, Lily represents a wide range of clients in a variety of commercial disputes, in the field of real estate claims, purchase groups, partner and shareholder disputes, planning and construction, inheritance disputes, defamation, consumer law, and professional negligence.

In addition to this, Lily’s unique specialty lies in the field of competition and antitrust laws, from the very beginning of their development here in Israel. Lily has many years of experience and a great reputation in this particular line of her work, advising monopolies and dominant entities in the field of antitrust, in their dealings with the state authorities, in price control, in their dealings with individuals and related claims.

Lily’s clients include large influential corporations, institutional bodies, private companies, government bodies and more.

Lily completed her legal internship with the President of the District Court in Tel Aviv, the late Judge Eliyahu Winograd.
