Maya has been with the firm since 2007, and has worked in the civil, commercial litigation, class actions, anti-trust fields, providing ongoing legal support and advice to the firm’s clients and commercial aspects.
Maya is experienced in independent management of litigation cases, including drafting court documents and representing clients in court, supporting and providing close legal advice, managing negotiations and drafting various contracts and agreements on different issues.
Alongside her work in litigation, Maya also provides legal support to companies on anti-trust issues in various competition aspects, including filing merger announcements, regulating the activities of monopolies, accompanying complex transactions in competition law aspects and providing legal opinions in this field and addressing the Director General of the Israel Anti-Trust Authority on various issues.
