Nira’s unique field of expertise is representing clients in complex litigation cases.

Nira has extensive experience assisting commercial and private clients in legal proceedings before civil courts and administrative tribunals. She has played an active role in setting fundamental precedents by the Israeli Supreme Court and District Courts regarding class actions, maritime law and other legal areas.

Nira handles disputes and advises clients on dispute management. She is experienced in managing legal proceedings as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings, in which she applies extensive knowledge in a wide variety of legal areas, including commercial law, consumer law, private international law, administrative law, planning and construction law, labor law, torts, insurance, tender law, competition law and insolvency.

Nira defends companies and other businesses in class actions submitted against them by consumers, consumer organizations and other plaintiffs in various fields, such as: pricing, consumer rights, food industry regulation, environmental law, communication law, accessibility law, labor law and administrative law.

In the area of maritime law Nira has extensive experience in maritime liens, statutory rights in rem, creditors’ and suppliers’ rights and maritime insurance. She has represented Israeli and foreign shipping companies, ship agents and mutual insurance clubs in a variety of other matters as well.
