Tal Enat-Ben Arieh

Tal is the Co-head of SFA Labor Department.

Tal is highly regarded in the field of labor law and has developed over the past three decades a unique expertise in both personal and collective employment relations. In this capacity she offers ongoing legal advice and consultations in the field of labor law, which include preparing collective and personal employment agreements, as well as pension plans and retention plans and arrangements.

Tal also offers her legal services on matters regarding Mergers and Acquisitions, specifically from a labor law perspective, and assists on complex matters such as company reorganization, class actions etc.
