Yaniv specializes in civil and commercial litigation, class actions, anti-trust and competition as well as providing general legal advice on corporate law.
Within his commercial litigation specialization, Yaniv engages in complex dispute settlements in court, arbitration and mediations. Additionally, Yaniv has expertise representing defendants in class actions and derivative actions in a variety of fields including consumer protection, communications, insurance and anti-trust.
Alongside his litigation work, Yaniv has long-standing experience in Israeli anti-trust and competition law. Yaniv provides on-going legal support to the Firm’s clients on various competition aspects, which include submitting announcements on complex mergers, including international mergers, regulation the activity of a monopoly, accompanying joint ventures, business associations, and the competition aspects of complex transactions (including due diligence and exchange of information between competitors), and providing legal opinions on a wide scope of commercial disputes and class actions during legal proceedings before courts and tribunals.
Yaniv was a member of the Israeli Bar’s Anti-Trust committee.
